《永卫168和淡紫拟青霉联合防治烟草根结线虫病的效果评价》

摘 要[目的]明确植物源杀虫剂与生防微生物对烟草根结线虫病的联合作用效果.[方法]通过田间试验研究烤烟移栽时联合施用永卫168与淡紫拟青霉对烤烟农艺性状、产质量及对根结线虫防效的影响.[结果] 永卫168与淡紫拟青霉联合施用不仅能明显提升烤烟的农艺性状及产质量,还能显著提高淡紫拟青霉对烟草根结线虫防治效果.单独施用永卫168能显著增加烟株的株高及叶片长度;单独施用淡紫拟青霉能显著增加烤烟的叶片长度和宽度;永卫168与淡紫拟青霉联合施用时的农艺性状、产质量均显著优于单一处理.单独施用淡紫拟青霉的防治效果为47.09%,单独使用永卫168的防治效果为52.08%,永卫168与淡紫拟青霉联合施用的防效为75.83%,较单独处理的防效提高了23.75%~28.89%.[结论] 永卫168与淡紫拟青霉联合施用不仅能有效防治烟草根结线虫病,还能改善烟株的综合农艺性状并提高产质量.

Integrated Control Root-knot Nematode Disease of Tobacco by Yongwei168 and Paecilomyces lilacinus

Abstract[Objective] To study the integrated effect of botanical insecticide and biocontrol agent on tobacco root-kont nematode. [Method] Field test was carried out to research the effects of combined utilization Yongwei168 and P. lilacinus on tobacco agronomic traits, yield, value of output and erage price root-knot and nematode control efficiency. [Result] Combined utilization Yongwei168 and P. lilacinus not only significantly improved the agronomic characters, yield and output of flue-cured tobacco but also promoted the control efficiency of P.lilacinus on tobacco root-knot nematode. Single application of Yongwei168 could significantly promote the plant height and leaf length of tobacco;Single application of P.lilacinus could significantly promote the leaf width of tobacco;Combined utilization of Yongwei168 and P. lilacinus could significantly improve the the agronomic characters, yield and output of flue-cured tobacco. The control efficiency was 47.09% with P.lilacinus, 52.08% with Yongwei168 alone, and 75.83% with combined application, which was 23.75%-28.89% higher than that with alone.[Conclusion]The result demonstrated the integrated use of Yongwei168 and P.lilacinus could enhance control efficacy to root-knot nematode effectively,and promote comprehensive agronomic traits, yield and output of tobacco.

全球每年因植物寄生線虫所致的损失近1 570亿美元 [1],根结线虫(Meloidogyne spp.)作为其中为害最严重的一类[2],其能寄生的植物多达3 000余种[3-4].近年来我国各大烟草产区根结线虫病危害面积呈逐年增加的趋势,大多烟草产区,根结线虫病已逐步上升为烟草生产中的第一病害[5],在山东、河南、湖北、安徽和西南三省都有根结线虫病为害较重的报道[6-9].目前防治烟草根结线虫病虽仍以化学防治为主,但大多化学药剂毒性大,连续使用多年后,还会带来根结线虫抗药性增强、污染环境、威胁人畜健康等负面影响 [10],随着大批化学药剂在烟草生产中被陆续禁用[11],生物防治作为一种安全、有效的防治措施而备受重视,已成为较理想的防治措施[12].

研究表明,在不重复添加菌剂的情况下,淡紫拟青霉对根结线虫的防效在第 2、 3 年后仍可达30%以上 [25-26],该研究发现单独施用永卫168的防效略高于淡紫拟青霉,虽然永卫168与淡紫拟青霉联合防治烟草根结线虫具有显著的协同增效作用,但两者联合使用无疑增加了用药及用工成本,下一步可否考虑淡紫拟青霉减量后与永卫168联合使用,在保证防效及烟叶产质量的基础上,减少用工及用药成本,还需深入研究.
