《我国口腔科住院医师规范化培训文献计量分析》

摘 要：目的 通过文献计量学分析口腔科住院医师规范化培训的相关文献,为口腔科住院医师规范化培训的发展提供依据.方法 在中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库及万方中华医学会期刊数据库中以“住院医师规范化培训”AND“口腔”为检索词,检索时间截止2018年12月31日,统计分析关于口腔科住院医师规范化培训的文献的发表时间、地区、作者单位、来源期刊、基金分布、被引情况、研究内容和高频关键词.结果 1993年首次出现口腔科住院医师规范化培训的相关文献,2008年之后,有关口腔科住院医师规范化培训的文献再次出现并呈现出缓慢的增长趋势;2014～2018年有关口腔科住院医师规范化培训文献数量开始呈现快速增长趋势,2018年达到27篇;作者地区分布较广,主要为北京、上海和重庆,分别发表16篇、12篇和10篇;作者单位主要为医科大学口腔医学院或附属医院;文献多出自医学类期刊和教育类期刊,占比分别为48.15%和43.21%;获得省部级以上基金资助的文献共22篇;文献被引次数较低,最高仅为29次;文献研究内容主要为教学研究.结论 国内学者对口腔科住院医师规范化培训研究的关注度不足,口腔科住院医师规范化培训的相关论文占全部住院医师规范化培训的比例较低;文章内容不够全面,创新力不足,被引频次低,学术传播价值较低,国家基金资助项目较少,文献研究内容单一.

Bibliometric Analysis of Standardized Training Literature for Resident Physicians in China

Abstract：Objective To analyze the relevant literature of standardized training of dental residents by bibliometrics, and provide basis for the development of standardized training of dental residents. Methods The search terms of "standardized training for residents" AND "oral city" were used as the search terms in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database and Wanfang Chinese Medical Association Periodical Database. The search period ended on December 31, 2018. The publication time, region, author unit, source journal, fund distribution, citations, research content, and high-frequency keywords of standardized training for department residents. Results Relevant literature on standardized training of dental resident physicians appeared for the first time in 1993. After 2008, the literature on standardized training of dental resident physicians reappeared and showed a slow growth trend; the number of standardized training literature on dental resident physicians from 2014 to 2018 began to show a rapid growth trend, reaching 27 articles in 2018; the authors are widely distributed, mainly in Beijing, Shanghai and Chongqing, publishing 16, 12, and 10 articles respectively; the authors are mainly medical colleges or affiliated hospitals of medical universities; The literatures are mostly from medical journals and educational journals, accounting for 48.15% and 43.21% respectively; there are 22 documents that he been funded by provincial or ministerial funds or above; the number of cited documents is low, and the highest is only 29; Mainly for teaching research.Conclusion Domestic scholars he not paid enough attention to the research on standardized training of dental residents. The related papers of standardized training of dental residents account for a all proportion of all standardized training of residents. The content of the article is not comprehensive, the innovation is insufficient, and the frequency of citations is low. The value of academic communication is low, there are fewer projects funded by the state fund, and the literature research content is single.
我国毕业后医学教育主要分为住院医师规范化培训和研究生教育,并且从1993年和1998年分别开始临床住院医师规范化培训制度及临床医学专业学位制度,这两种培训存在一定的一致性和差异性[4].两种培训模式的并轨对提高医学生的培养水平以及推动毕业后医学教育的改革有重要意义[5].口腔科住院医师规范化培训与专业学位教育并轨培训结果初见成效,有利于高层次口腔医学人才的临床能力培养,提高了口腔临床医生的整体水平[6].本研究中,通过阅读81篇文献可知,口腔科住院医师规范化培训的研究主要内容集中在教学方法的研究,并且通过对热门关键词进行统计分析,可以掌握口腔科住院医师规范化培训的研究热点、研究趋势和发展走向主要集中在专业学位教育与口腔科住院医师规范化培训接轨的研究方面,这也说明相关研究关注的焦点与国家制度存在一定的关联性.
口腔医学是一门对医生的临床思维能力、实际操作技能和医患沟通能力等全方面综合能力要求较高的学科,住院医师规范化培训对口腔科住院医师有更高的要求.目前我国口腔科住院医师规范化培训中培训模式比较单一,综合能力的培养略显不足.在培训过程中多为使用传统的带教模式进行灌输式教学,培训模式和教学方法的欠缺导致参加规范化培训的口腔科住院医师临床思维不完善,对口腔其它领域的知识不了解,临床综合诊断和应对能力不足,在实际面对患者时把握不足[7].
目前我国口腔科住院医师规范化培训的研究相关论文数量和质量远远不及其他专科住院医师规范化培训,主要存在以下问题：①国内学者对该领域的研究关注度不够,口腔科住院医师规范化培训的论文占全部住院医师规范化培训的比例较低;②文章内容不够全面,并且创新力不足,被引频次低;③学术传播价值较低,国家基金资助项目较少.随着我国住院医师规范化培训的快速发展,口腔科住院医师规范化培训的发展也不容忽视.通过对口腔科住院醫师规范化培训相关文献的统计分析,寻找该领域当前主要研究方向,探索符合当前我国口腔科住院医师规范化培训的教学模式和管理方法仍是今后研究的重点.
