[摘 要] 目的 探讨整合医学教学方式在中医妇科学教学模式中的应用效果. 方法 2019年3～7月选择湖北中医药高等专科学校2017级中医学专业两个自然班（共计112名）,采用抽签法随机分为试验组（56名）和对照组（56名）.试验组采用整合医学教学方式,对照组采用传统教学方式.两组均为同一授课教师.授课结束后,通过技能考核和理论考试评估考核结果,同时采用问卷的方式调查教学方法满意度和教学效果满意度. 结果 试验组技能考核与理论考试平均成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）.两组教学方法满意度和教学效果满意度比较,差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）. 结论 整合医学教学方式能改善中医妇科学教学质量,促进学生学习的积极主动性,锻炼临床思维,提高理论向实践的转化能力.

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of holistic integrated medical teaching method in teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology. Methods From March to July 2019, 2 natural classes of students （112 students in total） majoring in traditional Chinese medicine of grade 2017 from Hubei College of Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group （56 cases） and the control group （56 cases） by lottery. The experiment group was given holistic integrated medical teaching mode, while the control group was given traditional teaching mode. Both groups were taught by the same teacher. After teaching, the skill assesent and theoretical knowledge examination were used to evaluate evaluation results, and questionnaire was used to investigate the satiaction of teaching method and teaching effect. Results The erage scores of skill assesent and theoretical knowledge examination in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P < 0.05）. There was no significant difference of the satisfaction of teaching method and teaching effect between the two groups （P > 0.05）. Conclusion The holistic integrated medical teaching method can improve the teaching quality of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology, inspire the initiative to learn actively, practice clinical thinking, advance the ability of tranorming theory into practice.

中医妇科学是中医学专业的主干课和桥梁课,是中医学的重要组成内容之一,具有特殊的解剖构造和生理基础,理论体系涉及中医基础理论、中医诊断学、中药学、方剂学等基础学科知识,兼具较强的实践操作性[1].尤其,在高职医学院校的中医妇科学人才培养中,与其他类型高校相比,更加需要凸显应用性、区域性、职业性,强调学生的职业针对性,从而实现用专业知识和技能满足区域发展的人才需求.高职医学院校职业教育,面临新时代的新要求,亟需从一个提供学习文凭的认证机构,变成一个让学生“能力上身”的技能实训基地,提供给学生更多的实操性、体验性的教育,让教师以“教练+师傅”的教学方式,为学生制订个性化的培养方案,兼顾启迪心智和开阔视野,促进学生全面发展,达到针对基层医疗单位培养输送临床专业实践能力扎实的应用型、技能型人才的目的[2-3].目前,在高职医学院校中医妇科学的教学中,授课手段主要是传统的基于理论授课的教学法（lecture-based learning,LBL）,偏向于单向理论知识的灌输,忽视了学生的实践和创新能力培养,导致临床思维和实践技能缺乏,理论与临床脱节[4].因此,为了满足基层卫生单位临床一线的现实需求,有必要对传统的人才培养模式进行改革,调整教学内容、方法及评价体系,帮助医学生构建完整的医学知识结构及临床思维,保障复合技能型中医妇科专业人才的输出.
